Take the first steps down this path with in this four week series. Each week we will explore a different aspect of yoga philosophy and yoga practice.
Feel confident in your poses and get the most out of your time on the mat by expressing the proper alignment and engagement in each pose.
Find your seat in meditation, pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting), and asana (posture) practice; learn techniques to quiet the mind and strengthen the spirit.
Grow from this solid foundational understanding to a personal yoga practice at home or at the studio.
