Cooking in the New Year with Chef Naina Bhedwar

Join Chef Naina Bhedwar of Kesar Kitchen to learn about delicious, warming winter spices and even tastier ways to use them. Gather round the Vista Yoga kitchen table to create fragrant, nourishing and, above all, beautifully spiced food that enlivens body and soul.
The ancient Indian health principles and practices of Ayurveda will form the foundation of the class, encouraging you to eat in sync with the season. Return home satiated, with recipes, knowledge and technique that will serve and sustain you for many seasons to come.
You will create:
● Your own spice blend using warming, savory and sweet spices
● A lentil soup that incorporates the spice blend
● A dry fry Indian curry with seasonal root vegetables (served with flatbread)
● Spiced stewed fruit with dairy-free custard, for dessert
Investment: $65 per person or $120 per couple
