of the repetitive motions that runners, cyclists, swimmers and other athletes
tend to overdo.
Developing a keen sense of awareness about your own body is the first step to improving your overall health and well being. Once we tune in to our own bodies we can can aid in our own recovery as well as prevent injury. How cool is that?
