Yoga from 5 – 6:15pm and Dinner from 6:30 – 8pm
Following the yoga session with Shonali, Private Chef and Culinary Instructor Naina Bhedwar of Kesar Kitchen (www.facebook.com/kesarkitchen), will serve a wholesome, delicious Indian vegetarian meal, based on Ayurvedic principles. Ayurveda is the ancient Indian medical system and translates to The Science of Life. Move the body, nourish the belly and make a true difference in our world.Pre-registration is required in order to prepare for the meal. No refunds for cancellations.
All proceeds are donated to The Young Center, a champion for the rights and best interests of unaccompanied immigrant children.
The Young Center serves unaccompanied children who are fleeing violence, trafficking, abuse and extreme poverty and advocate the safety, making sure that wherever they land, whether here in the U.S. or in their home country, they are safe.
