Leisa McDonald

Leisa McDonald is an Ayurvedic Food & Lifestyle Consultant, Cook and Yoga Instructor. She came to Yoga and Ayurveda after suffering from body image issues, a restrictive eating disorder, and digestive issues in her teens and early adulthood. Yoga and Ayurveda gave her a framework to make choices about what to eat and how to live each day in accordance with Nature and her truest self. Leisa lives, breathes, and loves to share how food and lifestyle can help us feel our best and live life to the fullest.
