Leisa McDonald is an Ayurvedic Food & Lifestyle Consultant, Cook and Yoga Instructor. She came to Yoga and Ayurveda after suffering from body image issues, a restrictive eating disorder, and digestive issues in her teens and early adulthood. Yoga and Ayurveda gave her a framework to make choices about what to eat and how to live each day in accordance with Nature and her truest self.
