Working one-on-one or in small groups with one of our knowledgeable instructors can help you: Gain an understanding of the practice when you are first starting out. Work with specific physical limitations or injuries while gaining the benefits of yoga practice. Design your practice around the areas of the body and yoga postures that you are most interested in exploring.

Thai Yoga Therapy

Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient and sacred system of healing with roots in Yoga, Ayurveda, and spiritual practice.

This unique system of Yoga therapy combines rhythmic pressure, deep stretching, gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. It creates a powerful release of stress and an increase in energy and well-being, deepening the connection between body, mind and spirit.

Massage

Traditional Swedish massage used to create relaxation and balance to the body. Using gentle, elongating strokes, all major muscle grouped are bathed in new blood flow, breathing is deepened, and stress is dissolved. Therapeutic massage is used in cases of chronic acute muscular pain, constriction, or spasm. Utilizing assisted stretches and specific neuromuscular pattern release techniques, muscles are coaxed to return to their natural state of balance.

Acupuncture

Relieve stress and anxiety, encourage better sleep, support digestion & boost immunity.

Vista Yoga is dedicated to providing direction to whole health through fun and healthy cooking and food education for adults and children.

With Ayurvedic, raw, Asian inspired, and seasonal cooking classes and dinners, designed to support a healthy whole-self, the Vista Yoga teaching kitchen provides the tools and inspiration for a lifestyle well-being.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s done through a light touch or with hands slightly above the body. A warm and soothing energy flows from the hands to the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension.
