A meditative practice with Susan Mittleman
Yoga Nidra, or ‘Yoga Sleep’, is a guided mediation that brings you into a state of conscious, deep relaxation. This practice takes you on a journey through layers of the physical and subtle bodies, opens doors of perception and invites you to use your awareness to promote creativity and healing.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to have physical, psychological and neurological benefits: stress reduction, helps with trauma and ptsd, restores energy and improves overall health and well being.
This 1.5hr session will include an overview of Classical Yoga Nidra, a 45-minute guided meditation practice, and time to re-group and reflect. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, blanket or shawl if you like, something to keep you comfortable while lying down.
