Our Classes

Yoga is a path to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It allows us to look at our strengths and weaknesses through the lens of non-judgment. It gives one the tools to find balance and live a more vibrant life. Practice offers the opportunity to explore, translate and then apply what you learn “on the mat” to your life “off the mat”. Through continued practice, we can cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and with others, coming into a renewed realization of our potential and experience of oneness.


Please be mindful of others by observing the following:

  1. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled
  2. No cell phone use in the center
  3. Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class
  4. Do not enter or leave class during meditation or svasana
  5. Wear comfortable clothing
  6. Have no more than a snack one hour prior to class
