“Yoga on the Strap Wall” gives us new, fun and creative ways to both stretch and strengthen our bodies!

Students experience greater activation of their core and freedom in their joint spaces.

Each class is carefully guided with attention to alignment and safety.
The postures and movements allow you to leverage your body to resist gravity to develop greater strength, as well as to yield to gravity, elongate the spine and open joint spaces to release held tension.

We will guide students to a place of openness and equanimity they did not know was possible.

We are now scheduling private classes for two!

Private: $100-120, 1 – 1 1/2 hr
Shared Private: $50 each

“I absolutely love the wall strap classes at Vista Yoga and they have totally enhanced my yoga practice. The straps help to cue and correct your postures by adding gentle pressure in the direction your body needs to move. It’s like having your own personal instructor correcting and guiding your poses.
