Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient and sacred system of healing with roots in Yoga, Ayurveda, and spiritual practice.
This unique system of Yoga therapy combines rhythmic pressure, deep stretching, gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. It creates a powerful release of stress and an increase in energy and well-being, deepening the connection between body, mind and spirit.
Traditional Swedish massage used to create relaxation and balance to the body. Using gentle, elongating strokes, all major muscle grouped are bathed in new blood flow, breathing is deepened, and stress is dissolved. Therapeutic massage is used in cases of chronic acute muscular pain, constriction, or spasm. Utilizing assisted stretches and specific neuromuscular pattern release techniques, muscles are coaxed to return to their natural state of balance.
