Prenatal Yoga is Back!
Wednesday, 6:00 – 7:30pm with Michelle Blair

Prenatal yoga serves women at every stage of pregnancy. It relieves the common discomforts of pregnancy, increases maternal confidence, and helps prepare for labor and delivery. Scientific studies now show that because of positive outcomes for labor and delivery, and for the health and wellness of the mother (including after birth), prenatal yoga should be seen as an integral part of pregnancy.

Cost: $25 per class
5 class series: $90

Michelle Blair:

Michelle Is a mother of two, yoga teacher, and lifelong learner who specializes in prenatal and postnatal practice.

Her teaching style is heart centered, empathic, and nurturing.
Michelle believes in building community through movement and healing and strives to bring lightness and ease to all of her classes.

Michelle is Prenatal and Restorative yoga certified through “The Root Yoga Ctr”, Sacramento California, is a Certified Trauma Informed Postpartum Doula and 200 hour RYT through Peachtree Yoga, Atl.

She also holds a BA in journalism from San Diego State University.
