Yoga Coaching for Life is a one-on-one approach to working with tension in the body, the result of years of holding on to stress. These patterns become habituated, influenced by a host of variables. Emotions, fears, trauma, decisions about oneself and others all impact the experience of tension and constraint. Exploring and implementing practical strategies of life coaching and yoga practice can symbiotically support one’s commitments and intentions. An integration of, and breaking down the separation between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies, can result in balancing mind and body.
