Whether you are looking for strength, flexibility, injury recovery, mental or emotional well-being, and/or better over-all health–Yoga can help. The mindfully designed and taught classes at Vista Yoga will guide you through an appropriate practice for you. Modifications are encouraged as needed.

First-time students to Vista Yoga are eligible for our Introductory Offer:

3 classes for $25, to be taken within a two week period.

or $49 for their first month of unlimited classes


Please be mindful of others by observing the following:

  1. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before a scheduled class
  2. No cell phone use in the center
  3. Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to class
  4. Do not enter or leave class during meditation or śavāsana
  5. Wear comfortable clothing
  6. Have no more than a snack one hour prior to class
