Hands-on assists can be an incredibly potent tool for helping yoga students find better alignment, increased stability, greater extension and deeper relaxation.

For students of yoga, receiving a great hands-on assist can communicate more clearly than words. “Hands-on assists” are an opportunity to both help the student gain deeper access to a pose and enhance the overall experience of the practice. In this fast paced and sometimes isolate society, it may be the only time someone receives touch.
