  • Welcome to Vista Yoga!

Our intention is to provide an environment where you can breathe deeply, strengthen and renew your body, and awaken your spirit.

We offer a wide variety of classes for all levels to suit your individual needs. From beginner to advanced, from gentle to vigorous, you will be able to find the class that is most appropriate for you.

Our instructors have been selected for their dedication, proficiency and commitment to providing each student with the support needed to enhance their practice.

    What is Yoga?

Yoga is a path of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It allows us to look at our strengths and weaknesses without judgment. Practice offers the opportunity to translate and apply what you learn on the mat, to your life off the mat. Postures, breathing, chanting and meditation are all components of Yoga.

With these tools, we cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves and with others, coming into a renewed realization of our true potential and love.

"A little a lot is better than a lot a little. Find time for Yoga every day!"
