“I absolutely love the wall strap classes at Vista Yoga and they have  totally enhanced my yoga practice. The straps help to cue and correct your postures by adding gentle pressure in the direction your body needs to move. It’s like having your own personal instructor correcting and guiding  your poses. The straps also allow you to stay in difficult postures for a longer period of time than you thought  possible. Additionally . the class is just plain fun and gets you in touch with your carefree inner child.  It is such a blast to defy gravity and hang  upside down, knowing that you are safely supported and can come down at any time. From the very beginning I felt totally safe and confident with our expert teaches Marti and Caroline. They are very well trained in this discipline and make it a fun, expansive, and therapeutic experience for all. I recommend this class for any fun seekers  who have  an interest in gaining  strength and flexibility.” – Alan Hymowitz
