Yoga and the Five Elements with Ali Modell
Friday-Sunday, Aug 25-27
Yoga is a practice that involves movement, breathing, meditation,
and living in conjunction with the seasons. In this weekend immersion we will explore the 5 elements
as seen through the lens of Chinese medicine and their relationship to the principles of classical yoga.
Each session will include lecture on lifestyle ideas, movement/asana, breath-work, and concentration/meditation practices,
focused on a particular element.
